These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd bazzi platform and all its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bd bazzi is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms take effect from the date of the latest update. Registered users will be notified of any significant changes from the previous version.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bd bazzi, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Even if members of the same household use separate accounts, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. The password should not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd bazzi reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of the national ID card or passport may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in cases of any suspicious activity. Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

All services on bd bazzi are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age at registration is a serious violation, and in such cases all balances in the account may be forfeited.

Regardless of which device or network is used to access the account, the registered account holder is fully responsible. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that no underage family member can access the account.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bd bazzi is ৳300. Payment methods currently accepted are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made only from an account in the user's own name.

• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
• The relevant transaction number and proof of payment should be kept on record.
• If a deposit is credited late due to a technical issue, the support team must be informed with the transaction details.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The account holder requesting a withdrawal must have completed identity verification.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, bd bazzi reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

bd bazzi regularly offers various promotional deals, including:

• Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit once a week, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement.
• Friday Special Offer: 75% bonus every Friday, up to ৳7,500, with a 20x wagering requirement.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits for any sports event, up to ৳3,000, with a 12x wagering requirement.
• Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward for bringing in a new member, with an 8x wagering requirement.
• Birthday Special Gift: Each member may claim a gift of up to ৳1,000 once on their birthday, with a 10x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bd bazzi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If there is evidence of misuse or manipulation of bonus benefits, the relevant account will be closed and any bonuses received will be voided.

6.1 Sports Betting

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. In that case, bd bazzi reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds.

• If an event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the odds will be recalculated.
• If a dispute arises over a result due to data delays during in-play betting, the official result will be considered final.

6.2 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical disruption occurs during a live casino game, the relevant round may be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Fishing Games

Bet amounts and win rates for fishing games are displayed directly in the game interface. If the network is disconnected during a game, the result will be determined according to the game provider's rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd bazzi platform, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Running an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
3. Bonus abuse or manipulation of bonus benefits.
4. Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to place bets or play games.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
6. Attempting to exploit any system on the platform in a fraudulent manner.
7. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
8. Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, bd bazzi reserves the right to take legal action against the person concerned.

8.1 Suspension by bd bazzi

In cases of a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or failure to complete identity verification, bd bazzi may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. While suspended, withdrawals and betting will not be permitted.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available, which is part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. Prior notice will be given before any action is taken regarding the balance of an inactive account.

bd bazzi places the highest importance on collecting, storing, and processing users' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used to protect data.

• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is not shared with authorities except where legally required.

bd bazzi is not liable for:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or loss of internet connection.
• Loss arising from the user's own carelessness or lack of awareness.
• Problems caused by unauthorised third-party activity.
• Any indirect or consequential loss that may result from use of the site.

However, in cases of direct financial loss where clear fault on the part of bd bazzi can be demonstrated, a reasonable resolution will be sought.

bd bazzi reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new Terms. If a user does not agree to a change, they may request account closure.

If any part of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue in effect. Any dispute with bd bazzi will first be addressed through discussion.
